Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Coconut milk powder, Vegetable oil, Brown sugar, Bird's eye chili, Lemongrass, Galangal, Ginger, Salt, Coconut paste, Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Cinnamon, Star anise, Clove, Cardamon and Turmeric.
Preparation:
- Add 70ml cooking oil into the wok.
- Heat over medium heat.
- Add 500g beef.
- Mix in SUDEE Rendang dry paste with 100ml water.
- Add in 25ml coconut milk powder.
- Simmer until cooked. Garnish with sliced turmeric leaves.
- Ready to serve.
