Dakgangjeong is a deep-fried crispy chicken dish glazed in a sticky, sweet, and spicy sauce. This recipe uses bite sized boneless chicken pieces, so it cooks up very fast in shallow oil.
Ingredients: Gochujang powder, Brown sugar, Soy sauce powder, Garlic powder, Chili powder, Ginger powder, and Lime powder.
Preparation:
- Coat 1kg of chicken with flour.
- Deep fried the coated chicken and put aside.
- Add 30g butter/ margerine into the wok.
- Mix in SUDEE Dakgangjeong with 20ml water.
- Add the mix into the wok.
- Add in fried chicken earlier and mix well.
- Ready to serve
