Padprik is a Thai phrase where pad means stir-fry and prik means chili. Padprik is a stir fry dish usually made with chicken and vegetables like carrots, mushroom, capsicum, and young corn served on a spicy sauce flavoured with chillies.

Ingredients: Salt, Chili powder, Lemongrass, Galangal, Kaffirlime leaves, Coriander leaves, Vegetable oil (Palm olein), Wheat flour, Fish sauce, Yeast extract, Sugar, Onion, Garlic, Tapioca starch, Black pepper, Fennel, Cumin, Cinnamon, Soy sauce powder, Caramel powder,  and Tomato flavor.
  1. Add 60ml cooking oil into the wok. Heat over medium heat.
  2. Add 300g chicken/meat/seafood.
  3. Saute chicken until half-cooked.
  4. Mix SUDEE Padprik with 150ml water.
  5. Add the mixture and 500g vegetables in to the wok.
  6. Stir-fry and let it simmer until cooked.
  7. Ready to serve.
